Owner Membership
Once all Founding Memberships have been claimed, membership in the Beyul is expected to be available by purchasing a fractional ownership share in one of the vacation homes at the first Beyul resort. Plans are that Owner-Members will receive a 1/10 deeded interest in a 3,000 sq.ft. (285 sq. meters) vacation home that will include priority use of the Beyul resort facilities as well as full membership in the Beyul. Thus Owner-Members will be able to participate in Patron courses at discounted rates, in the Dharma Accelerator program, member discovery events, annual conferences, personal and social impact groups, and have access to the Beyul community through the Beyul's online platform.
Owner-Members will have guaranteed use of their vacation home for at least four (4) weeks per year, plus additional use when they attend Beyul events. As a result, Owner-members could spend 6-8 weeks or longer at the Beyul resort each year if they wish. Owner-members may request that the Beyul assist them in selling their property and membership and thus have the opportunity to recoup their original investment.
